If you answer questions about your energy bill or home as part of a request, we receive those answers too. You can contact us without sending a copy of your utility bill.
How we use it
We use your information to respond, schedule a call or bill review, prepare for that conversation, and follow up about your request. We may use service providers to deliver forms, messages, scheduling, hosting and related services. We do not sell your personal data.
Analytics and cookies
Our website may use basic analytics, cookies or similar technologies to understand visits, keep the site working, and measure the performance of our pages and ads. Referral links may use cookies to credit the person who referred you. Platforms such as Meta may also process data when you use their lead form or interact with an ad, according to their own privacy terms.
Storage and choices
We keep information as needed to handle your request and operate the business, subject to applicable law. You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where available, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing [email protected]. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online system is completely secure.
