If the job is electrical work, a licensed electrician scopes it and you get a written quote before any work begins. You decide whether to move forward.
Installer gone? You are not stuck
A lot of California solar was installed by companies that are out of business, absorbed, or simply not answering. Plenty of homeowners inherited a system with the house and have no one to call. You do not need to have bought anything from Rajab to ask a question - the diagnosis comes first either way, and you will hear plainly when a system does not need repair at all.

A licensed electrician, not a sales repRepair, diagnostic and charger installation work is performed by a licensed electrical contractor (C-10). Rajab stays your first point of contact: he helps you understand the problem and the options before you spend anything, and no work starts without your approval of a written quote.
